Man, what a good time!

light-chief.jpgSo I went home, put the disc in, started a party and went right into slayer. Fun. Creating a party is really easy with Halo 3. Just like in every other 360 game, you push that center button and invite to game. The games were great. We played about 4 games of Slayer. I figured Slayer would be an easy way for people to explore and get used to weapons.

Each game was on a different map (I’ll do another post later about the maps) and man were they awesome. Most of them seemed pretty big with lots of options, oh and they looked fantastic

One of the things you notice right away in Halo 3 is how the controls have been changed. The bumpers serve as reloads for your weapons which will take a little getting used to. Also I kept pressing Y to jump, it’s A dummy, A, I kept telling myself. The X button unleashes the specials like Bubble Shield and Radar Jammer. Also, I’ve gotta get used to those specials icons.

In the end, your gonna love the multiplayer. It’s truly awesome. I’ll tell you more later.
