As usual, I was getting beat down in some slayer yesterday. What was unusual is what happened in between me getting killed; I was throwing double items.
The pic above shows me throwing two plasma grenades at the same time. Weird right?
And yes, I did have two plasmas on me. However, I hit the left trigger to throw one and both flew out! And my inventory dropped to zero…
Ok, maybe the controller had a glitch and it thought I hit the left trigger twice… really fast.
It’s possible right? So I didn’t think anything of it.
Later on, I was getting thoroughly spanked in another slayer game in The Pit. Just so happens I had one power drain on me — just one cause that’s all you can carry.
Came time to use the power drain so I tossed it… And that’s when TWO appeared and landed side-by-side as shown below:
That’s the first time this “dual throw glitch” has happened to me and both games were just a couple of minutes apart.

This actually happened to me quite recently.
I believe a month ago, it only happened once and with 2 plasmas.
It actually helped me that time but still i could have done better if i only used 1….
hey that very same thing happened to me yesterday a player threw 2 plasmas at me and I died so we talked about it and he didnt know eather.So I was like WTF!!!!

I’ve actually seen this happen, it usually happens areound double experience weekends, or new updates. it’s a lag in the server, it CAN actually happen. if you ever see it, do not report the people… it’s not right, not their fault..
Add me in game for intense games, right after school, when i havent played for a good 17 hours, is when im the best. :D
