Yesterday, I had the best game ever. Whoopin fools left and right. Finished with 25 Kills and a K/D Spread of +12. I may never reach those high stats again, but it sure was fun while it lasted.

Now, just to show how streaky my game is, I only got 4 Kills in the match prior to the 25 Kill explosion.

One reason for my slayer success may be directly attributed to the fact we were playing on a Forged map of The Pit. Lo Pan had some great ideas to make the map more fun and dangerous (with all thems extra fusion coils) at the same time.

Because I was helping make changes to the Pit with Lo Pan, I had a pretty good idea of where everything was. Weapons, fusion coils and power-ups. Which brings me to my next point:

Know your surroundings!

One kill I had on the Pit, I intentionally stuck a spike grenade to a fusion coil as the enemy (bumpkinlord) ran past. See photo below:

Which lead to a flaming death for bumpkinlord :)

So what does this mean? It means you should really get to know the maps. Running around like a lost puppy is a sure way to get killed quickly. Also, you need to download this rad version of the Pit from Lo Pan’s bungie profile here. Enjoy
