Yep, it works. There’s the third Hornet about to land after I destroyed the other two. The thing appeared out of nowhere and I got up ins.
Flying the Hornet all over was a little odd. There are some invisible walls and places you can’t get to. However, I started moving backwards and discovered some interesting things. Here’s one such gem:
