This Saturday at MLG SanDiego, Bungie announced that the Halo: CE map “Chill Out” was being remade under a new name, “Cold Storage.”
No release date has been announced yet but will probably be released sometime soon along with the next map pack.

Unfortunately, Bungie decided Purple Reign wasn’t going to work with the upcoming DLC release. Bummer. No big deal, they’re planning on releasing some other map that sounds like it will be good.
Of course that’s a guess because they won’t say anything about it - other than it’s going to be good.

Bungie threw up some Forge tips for all you HaloBuds. And the dude cooked up 4 new “Forged” Foundry maps - and by the looks of the screenshots (and lengthy descriptions) they’ll be a great time. Lots of very tight spaces and interesting metallic formations.

Here’s a nifty little Forge trick (I stole from Lo Pan… Again.) You can create a really easy mouse trap by grabbing the Fence Box and flipping it on it’s head… or back… or over. Whatever.
Just rotate it so the opening is at the top.
